30-day money-back guarantee

Try Boosted on your own perfume. If your fragrance does not stay on your skin noticeably longer, email us within 30 days after delivery at hello@tryboosted.com with your order number, and we refund the purchase price. You may keep using or throw away the stick; you do not need to send it back.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you live in the European Union you may cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at hello@tryboosted.com or use the EU model withdrawal form below. Send the product back within 14 days after telling us, to the return address we email you. The cost of returning the product is for your account.

For hygiene reasons, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to a stick that has been opened after delivery. Our 30-day money-back guarantee above still applies to opened sticks.

Refunds

We refund within 14 days after receiving your request (guarantee) or the returned product (withdrawal), using the same payment method you used to pay.

Damaged or wrong product

Received a damaged or wrong product? Email us a photo within 14 days and we send a replacement or refund you, at our cost.
