1Ventures B.V., trading as Boosted ("we"), is responsible for the personal data we process through this website. We process your data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
- Order details: name, address, email address, phone number (if you give it) and what you ordered.
- Payment details: handled by our payment providers; we do not see or store your full card details.
- Contact: what you write when you email us or use the contact form.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you sign up.
- Website use: technical data such as IP address, device and pages visited, through cookies.
Why we use it
- To process, ship and support your order (contract).
- To meet legal duties such as tax records, which we keep for 7 years (legal obligation).
- To send our newsletter, only with your consent. You can unsubscribe in every email.
- To keep the site working and secure, and, with your consent, to measure and improve our marketing.
Who we share it with
We share data only with parties that help us run the shop: Shopify (our shop platform), payment providers, carriers, and, if you consent to marketing cookies, advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google. Some of them process data outside the EU; in that case they use the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.
Cookies
Necessary cookies keep the shop working. Analytics and marketing cookies are placed only after you agree in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, delete or receive your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Email hello@tryboosted.com. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
